This month is one of the rare months that Chad falls from the #1 throne. Guess he was busy with something else in July. Down to #3 he goes. Meanwhile, Cynthia put in an extra effort and popped up to #2, pushing Lesley out of the top five. And Marilyn let her quota fill up and didn't do mail for several weeks, and falls off the list, allowing Kathy to barely make the bottom of the list.
And that's about it. Nothing too exciting in July.
