Well, in February a lot of people sent a lot less mail. The people usually high on the list that is. Rebecca, Chris, Chad and Al all sent significantly less than they had been sending. Busy people I guess! But that allowed a couple of things.
First, Ron won for the month again. A relatively rare occurrence, the last time was December 1998. But welcome back to the top Ron! The others let you slip in!
Second, I want to express a good hearty welcome to my sister Cynthia, who came in at number nine this month, bringing her on to the top ten list for the first time ever. I'm glad to see you here Cynthia, and I hope to see you making the list many times in the future. Congratulations!!
