Well, this month was marked with an actual competition for first for the first time in a few months. Chad took the early lead, but around the 7th Kyle went into overdrive and accumulated a formidable lead. Then he stopped. Meanwhile Chad continued to steadily send mail, day after day. He ended up catching and passing Kyle on the 28th, thus winning the month by a small margin. Good try Kyle, but not quite enough to beat Chad.
Everybody else was way behind, and for most of the month there was a muddle. Ron and Geoff made a strong start, but petered off pretty quickly. Other interesting notes... Rebecca and Barbara were tracking each other all month long, sending almost identical amounts of email. Neither was ever ahead of the other by more than a handful of messages, switching off who was in the lead every couple of days. In the end Rebecca came out ahead, but just barely.
Also this month Ivan and Ruth return to the list after six month absenses. Welcome back. Geoff Washburn and Kathy Gosseli make the list for the first time too. Welcome aboard Geoff and Kathy.
