Unfortunately. Here is one article looking at alternatives. I expect to see a lot of activity over the next few months with various people trying to pick up the slack. I use Feeddler Pro as my reader on my iOS devices… but of course it syncs with Google Reader. And on the desktop, I’ve never really warmed to any of the RSS reader apps, so I have stuck with Google Reader itself. (And Google Reader is also how I share my blog posts to Google+ as well.) So, bleh. We’ll adapt, and Google is under no obligation to continue to support products that don’t make money.
