First time taking a school bus to school too. Was not upset about school. Was very unhappy about having to ride the bus.
well, at least he was positive about school. Maybe the bus ride will become acceptable?? Hope so.

@Diane: He is resigned to the bus now. But as of the last time I was the one taking him to the bus in the morning, he still insisted on being lifted to the first step,
