you’re going to get fat and then die of heart disease
I thought I did pretty good that week!
Oh, and in terms of weight that week…
3 May 15:21 UTC: 178.8 lb
4 May 15:46 UTC: 179.0 lb
5 May 15:20 UTC: 178.0 lb
6 May 22:42 UTC: 178.0 lb
7 May 20:52 UTC: 177.0 lb
8 May 15:17 UTC: 177.4 lb
9 May 15:38 UTC: 177.6 lb
So actually down a pound from the middle of the first day listed to the middle of the last day listed.
Add in the one meal I had after that week ended and before the next reading…
10 May 2006 2 UTC: Half pound bow tie pasta with lots of margerine and cheese
Then you get:
10 May 14:27 UTC: 178.4
Still down for the full week, but not quite as much. It was only that one last meal that did it though!
Of course the day to day variances are not reliable… you have to really look at the long term moving average spread out over a number of days. I usually average over about 19 days. I have to update the web version of my weight chart sometime soon.
